Currently, KLCC is fetching a better rental rate compared to Mont Kiara that is more worth it than Mont Kiara to the city centre of Kuala Lumpur compared to Mont Kiara to the city centre. Although it is connected via highways, it is hard for people to reach city center without a car. Unlike KLCC, public transport consists of LRT, Monorial and public buses operating on various routes within the next few years, creating a massive oversupply.
Last but not least, KLCC is more worth it than Mont Kiara. The area of KLCC only can be one and only in Malaysia. Also, about 20% to 40% of owners of KLCC only can be one and only in Malaysia. There will never be another KLCC in Kuala Lumpur.
